Dr. Dennis Bankmann is a scientific consultant with deep expertise in sustainability, circularity, and product safety across the chemical industry and its downstream sectors.
He is actively involved in well-known industry initiatives and plays a leading role in standardisation efforts. Dennis has contributed to numerous guidelines, white papers, and experimental studies on recyclability, circularity, and product safety. His unique combination of industrial, scientific, and regulatory experience allows him to deliver training that is technically precise, clearly communicated, and highly impactful.
Dennis holds a PhD in chemistry, with a strong academic foundation in radiochemistry, physical chemistry, and analytical techniques. Prior to becoming an independent consultant in 2021, he spent over a decade in industrial R&D in adhesives and coatings, followed by a strategic role shaping the circular economy strategy of a major manufacturer.
